1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User", or "you") and ber939 ("ber939", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ber939 website, mobile platform, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting markets, jackpot games, live dealer tables, and any other features made available through ber939 from time to time.

By creating a ber939 account, accessing any part of the ber939 platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise utilising any ber939 service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or any other incentive credited to a Member's Account subject to wagering requirements and promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process ber939 applies to Member accounts prior to processing withdrawals or at any time ber939 deems necessary.
• "Platform" means the ber939 website, mobile-optimised site, applications, and all associated services operated under the ber939 brand.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole transactional currency of the ber939 platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to ber939 is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal as real funds.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain a ber939 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

• You have not previously been excluded from ber939 or had an account closed for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a ber939 employee.

ber939 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any stage of the membership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

4. Account Registration

To access ber939's paid services, you must complete the registration process and create a single account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid contact number and email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one ber939 account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ber939 will close the additional accounts and may void all associated bets, bonuses, and winnings across all accounts linked to the same individual.

4.3 Account Verification

ber939 may require you to complete KYC verification at any time, including but not limited to before processing your first withdrawal, upon reaching certain cumulative deposit thresholds, or when ber939 has reasonable grounds to verify your identity. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driver's licence, along with a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address.

4.4 Account Currency

All ber939 accounts are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency deposits are accepted. All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and bet values are in PKR.

5. Account Security

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ber939 account credentials, including your username, password, and any One-Time Password (OTP) issued during login. Specifically:

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or operate your ber939 account.
• You must notify ber939 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You must use a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• ber939 will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or telephone.

ber939 will not be liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials. Any activity conducted through a Member's account — regardless of whether it was authorised by the account holder — will be treated as having been conducted by that Member, and the Member will be bound by the outcomes of all such activity.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

ber939 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani Members: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, and Meezan Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name — third-party deposits are prohibited.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operational feasibility. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts held in the Member's verified name. ber939 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: typically within 30 minutes of approval.
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank: typically within one business day of approval.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

A Member's account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. Where a deposit bonus has been claimed, the associated wagering requirement must be satisfied before the bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. ber939 may impose withdrawal limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the banking section of the platform and are subject to change.

6.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. ber939 may apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant account balances as published in the platform's fee schedule. Members will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Fees will not reduce a balance below zero.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

ber939 offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and loyalty rewards to eligible Members. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only, as defined in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to Wagering Requirements before becoming withdrawable as real PKR funds.
• Wagering Requirements and minimum odds restrictions apply as specified per promotion. Unless stated otherwise, free bet winnings do not include the free bet stake.
• ber939 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• ber939 will not credit a bonus retrospectively where a Member did not opt in at the time of deposit.
• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, structured betting patterns, or arbitrage — will result in cancellation of all bonuses and may result in account suspension.
• ber939 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds and any winnings if, in its reasonable judgment, a Member has engaged in bonus abuse.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 General

All bets placed on ber939 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or market. It is the Member's responsibility to familiarise themselves with applicable rules before placing any bet. ber939's cricket betting markets, including PSL, international T20, and Test match markets, are governed by the sports betting rules published on the platform.

8.2 Acceptance of Bets

ber939 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed published maximum stake limits, bets placed in error, or bets placed in circumstances where ber939 has reasonable grounds to suspect foul play or market manipulation.

8.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a system error, game malfunction, or manifest error in odds or payouts, ber939 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the relevant stakes. The publication of an erroneous price does not obligate ber939 to honour bets placed at that price. ber939 will endeavour to resolve such situations fairly and communicate outcomes to affected Members promptly.

8.4 Void Bets

Bets may be declared void under circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, market suspension, force majeure, feed errors, or where ber939 determines that the integrity of the event has been compromised. Void bets are refunded to the Member's account balance in full.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ber939 platform. Engaging in any of the activities below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to evade detection, or using ber939 for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional offers through structured betting.
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing ber939 staff or other Members.

10. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the ber939 platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

ber939's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits ber939's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded at law.

The ber939 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ber939 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

ber939 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the ber939 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

14. Amendments to These Terms

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notification, both parties agree to submit to the binding dispute resolution process as specified by ber939 from time to time. ber939 will use reasonable efforts to resolve all Member complaints in a timely and fair manner.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
